Situation

A large company faced the challenge of connecting 550 employees, who did not yet know each other well, during a staff day in the Spant in Bussum. To make this day not only informal and fun, but also effective, an interactive solution was asked for that would stimulate collaboration and introduction.

Solution

A tailor-made version of the COMPETE&CONNECT game. In this dynamic team building game, teams competed against each other through interactive assignments and questions, which were fully aligned with the theme and values of the company. The playful and competitive approach stimulated cooperation in a natural way and the participants got to know each other better.

Result

The game provided energy, interaction and connection. All 550 employees divided into 87 teams were active, collaborated and discovered more about their colleagues. The highlight was the joint review of the photos and videos taken during the game. This not only created a sense of togetherness, but also gave a lasting memory of a successful day.
