How do you connect 120 employees from different offices and create real understanding of each other’s work? For Dutch Flower Group, UP Digital designed a personalized Meet & Connect game that turned an ordinary team day into an inspiring experience full of discovery, laughter, and collaboration.
Building connection through the Meet & Connect game
The Meet & Connect game was built to strengthen relationships and spark meaningful conversations. Instead of formal introductions, participants engaged in playful challenges that revealed shared goals and complementary strengths.
By combining fun tasks with subtle insights into behavior and teamwork, the Meet & Connect game helped colleagues see beyond departments and job titles.
A personalized experience for Dutch Flower Group
For this event, UP Digital developed a fully customized Meet & Connect game around four thematic angles that reflected Dutch Flower Group’s culture and way of working. Each theme highlighted collaboration, sustainability, innovation, and global reach — all central to the organization’s success.
Teams discovered how their daily work connects to the bigger picture, creating awareness and appreciation across all levels.

Interactive challenges that inspire dialogue
During the Meet & Connect game, participants moved through a series of short, dynamic assignments. From creative photo missions to quick-fire quiz rounds, each activity encouraged interaction and reflection.
Because every challenge linked back to real-life situations, employees not only learned about each other but also gained insight into how different teams contribute to shared results.
Meaningful impact beyond the event
The strength of the Meet & Connect game lies in its long-term effect. After the event, participants reported stronger internal networks, more collaboration, and a renewed sense of unity within Dutch Flower Group.
By blending gamification with personal storytelling, UP Digital proved that learning and connecting can be as enjoyable as they are effective.
