A dynamic start to the school year with COMPETE&CONNECT

Situation

A secondary school wanted to start the new school year in an energetic and connecting way with 130 teachers. During a special team day , the focus was on cooperation, team building and a fresh start for the new year. The school was looking for an interactive and playful way to bring teachers into contact with each other and to actively involve them in the kick-off of the school year.

Solution

UP Digital used the COMPETE&CONNECT game as a central part of the team day. The teachers were divided into teams and were given the freedom to explore not only within the school, but also outside to complete the assignments. Through the combination of challenging questions, creative assignments and strategic collaboration , teams competed for the highest score, while at the same time connecting with each other in a natural way.

Result

The game immediately got the teachers moving and ensured an active and energetic start to the school year. Teams worked together intensively, got to know each other better and enjoyed the competition. Because the entire school and the environment were used, a dynamic and interactive game experience was created that took the team day to the next level.

At the end of the day, it was not only clear which team had scored the most points, but above all that the teachers had built a stronger bond with each other. COMPETE&CONNECT created a positive and connecting atmosphere, allowing the school year to start with an enthusiastic and close-knit team spirit.
